How to Manufacture Silicone Products Step by Step

1、Raw Materials

2、Mold Making

3、Mix color and vulcanizing agents

After gathering and preparing the raw materials, we place them in a press machine for mixing. We add dye and vulcanizing agents. Mixing is an essential phase in silicone product manufacturing. It is important to get the right consistency in each batch of silicone.

4、Press flakes into strips and cut them into small pieces

Once the mixture is ready, we press the flakes into strips and cut them into small pieces. The size of the pieces is determined by the design and weight of the products to be made.

5、Molding
